Global Patient Services (GPS) Financial Counseling
Cleveland Clinic treats patients from more than 100 countries and every state in our nation, and our Global Patient Services Team is often one of the first to welcome them. Our focus is on international self-pay patients, and their convenience is a top priority. We are always available to provide expert financial guidance throughout their treatment, including insurance verification and authorization, estimate preparation, patient billing and refund processing.
Patient Access Services
For most of our patients, the Cleveland Clinic experience starts with our Patient Access Services Department. Whether they need to register for our services or make an appointment, patients can turn to our service professionals at a moment’s notice. Employees are also responsible for verifying key information, such as demographics and insurance coverage.
